Serving Food, Fun and Great Beer
Our brand new brewery and taproom. We finally grew up! Our taproom at 520 7th Street includes two patios, a game room and plenty of seating, so you can grab a bite from our kitchen and drinks from our full-service bar.
Twenty beer taps pour core favorites like Frank American Pale Ale, The Whale Brown Ale and That IPA Session IPA, as well as rotating seasonals, small test batches, collaboration brews, and guest cider. Grab a pint or flight of beer for here, or fill a fresh growler or crowler to go! Plus we offer a limited selection of wine AND liquor. After all, Frank may be all about fresh craft beer, but he’s also a sucker for a good Old Fashioned. We also serve soda (or pop if you’re fancy) from The Johnnie Ryan Co.
Our food menu is a Frank-approved blend of comfortable barroom favorites with a contemporary touch that offer plenty of choice without being complicated. It includes Tatchos, Cheese and Corn Fritters, Soft Baked Pretzels with The Whale Brown Ale Cheese, Brewhouse Caesar Salad, and a customizable Burger with plenty of options—including toppings and choice of protein. Come for the beer, enjoy some food, and stay for more beer.
We’ve graduated from our humble 1.5 bbl beginnings to a 20 bbl system of American-made steel. Our system includes multiple 20 and 40 bbl fermenters (that’s 9,920 pints or 13,226 12oz cans of fresh beer with each 40 bbl batch). We’ve also added a 20 bbl foeder (the first of its kind in WNY!) and will soon add a brand new barrel program, increasing our production of sours, wild ales and barrel-aged deliciousness. We’ll also be adding a canning line by early 2019…and a brewery cat. Brewery tours will be available soon.
We’re proud of 520 7th Street. Like, really really proud of it. We worked tirelessly with local contractors and artisans to craft a space that calls back to our original location on Lafayette Ave while offering something new. The bar sits comfortably between two large industrial-size garage doors that open to both of our outdoor spaces. Surrounding the bar are tables, chairs and stools lovingly crafted by local woodworker Knotty Moose, and local metalsmith Nickel City Metal. The upper deck of our taproom offers additional seating, a game room and an excellent view of our brewing operation. Whether you’re popping in for a quick pint or crowler to go, or staying for a long while with a group of friends, we’ve got the space.
We’ll have more information about private events and space rentals very soon.
