Banana Split Milkshake

Hefeweizen

4.8% ABV

Hefeweizen Ale conditioned on strawberries and vanilla beans and brewed with lactose sugar. The yeast is stressed to the limits in order to give the beer nice banana esters which come through on the nose and palate. The beer then is conditioned on a robust amount of strawberries and whole Madagascar vanilla beans providing sweet and tart flavors. Then, during secondary fermentation lactose is added for smooth mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes

Banana cream, strawberry, cherries, subtle lactose.

Pantomime Horse

Adambeir

9.7% ABV

Availability: Once Yearly - February
A once extinct style of beer that was thought to have been made as a gift for a royal German wedding, we have based our interpretation on the 16th century notes of the brewer. Given that no one living has ever tasted a truly historic example, P.Hose mimics the notes as closely as possible, though we leave the unintentional souring out.

Tasting Notes

Beginning with a touch of smoke, redolent of rich and sweet malts followed by a stiff bitterness of both the malts and the traditional German hops, the high gravity of this beer gives a mellow finish.

Heatrays

Barleywine

10.1% ABV

Availability - Once Yearly - October
Ah, barleywine. Some argue that barleywine is the highest form of beer. They usually start this argument after their second glass of barleywine. Heatrays is an English style barleywine that is perfect for the cooling weather. Malty and boozy Heatrays isn’t a pounder, it is best enjoyed with respect for its gravitas.

Tasting Notes

Forenotes of Caramel, candied sugar, toasted marshmallow, and ripe prunes and plumes with hop characters of spice and a touch of earthiness ending in a warming finish.

Singularity Series

The Singularity Series is a running series of single hop IPA’s

The same grain bill is used in every iteration so the drinker can fully enjoy the complexities and flavor notes of each individual hop. Singularity is a great way to enjoy a beer while learning the intricacies of a single hop varietal.
The malt base that is the same in every batch, biscuity, light bodied, and meant to showcase the characteristics of the specific hop profile and though hop characteristics will vary with each batch, they are utilized in a manner that will give each beer roughly the same IBUs but that’s where the hop similarities stop.
