About

Community Beer Works, LLC, founded June 2010, is a nano-brewery in Buffalo, NY.  We are currently in our planning stage, aiming to be be producing legal beer in 2011.  In the meanwhile, we push the paper and build the brewery.  Our aim is to begin making 1.5 bbl (46 gallon) batches, about 200bbl in the first year.  After that, we intend to grow organically to a production level of about 1,000bbl/year in the fourth or fifth year.
